*My items are between art and function so you should pay attention to this before using. Some details on items are delicate and  thin, so they are more fragile than using usual mugs or bowls.

*My items are handmade so they better like to be washed by hands, but if you decide to wash it in a dishwasher you should remember that it could increase faster glaze cracking (non functional, but visual changes) and wear out faster.

*You should know that matt glazes get dirty much faster (especially from tea and coffee) and cleans out more complicated. So if you love to use my matt glazed ware for such drinks as coffee, tea, wine ore other colouring foods don’t leave it over night unclean. If it gets dirty, try to wash it with soda or just put it in the dishwasher (ecological cleanser didn’t work for me).

*Please remember that you buy a handmade product and you communicate with me (an artist) directly. I do everything by myself, every item is fully handmade and filled with love, but sometimes it could not look 100% as you expected. It may have small imperfections caused by small holes in clay, glaze leading processes or other small different colour dots or non functional glaze cracks. I never ship defected items, so please take a minute to think about it and about those possible imperfections before buying from me. If you pay a lot of attention to the details and you think that such a small imperfection could cause you negative emotions, please contact me before buying or ask me extra pictures before shipping.
